How cats came to Spain

Cats are now in Spain because of the Romans, but they also had a good life in Egypt. Yes, cats don´t arise in Rome; they are from Egypt. In ancient times the cats were a very important part of a big civilization like Egypt. They were the pharaohs’ pet and the pet of the gods! There are about 100 types of cats now, but in Roman and Egyptian times less than 10 types of this beautiful animal existed.

I think that having this animal in your house is a very beautiful experience.

Tomorrow, Friday 16^th of May, we have our school party. This celebration is organized by all the teachers of the school. It’s a complete party were we have lots of interesting activities.

At first hour in the morning we play a small tournament of basketball, football and dodge ball class vs. class. Later we will do a race for poor people in Africa. Then we will do a photograph gymkhana with our class. Before lunch we will play different games with second class children. At 2:30p.m. we will eat some octopus with our friends. After lunch we will have a break. Finally the teachers will give a trophy to the tournament winners.

We will enjoy a lot this day because we deserve it a lot for all the work we do from day to day.
